做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
