做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
