做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
