做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
