做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
