做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
