做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
