做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
