做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
