做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
