做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
