做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
