做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
