做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
