做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
