做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
