做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
