做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
