做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
