做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
