做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
