做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
