做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
