做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
