做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
