做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
