做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
