做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
