做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
