做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
