做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
