做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
