做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
