做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
