做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
