做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
