做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
