做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
