做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
