做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
