做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
