做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
