做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
